Sweet dreams! But not dreams in Mindanao any more!
LAST NIGHT I HAD THE STRANGEST DREAM, sang by JOAN BAEZ
This song is written in 1950 by Joan Baez.
I read comments to other version of this song on Youtube.
People said "it's crazy dream." or, " Even though it may never be achieved." and " Though, it's still nice to dream."
I want to let the lyricist know your song really happend.
And send him or her the article of Mindanao peace agreement by Man hee Lee.
You will know to see the lyric where I am coming from.
This is the lyric of this song.
>>>
Last night I had the strangest dream.
I ever had before.
I dreamed the world had all agreed to put an end to war.
I dreamed there was a mighty room.
And the room was filled with man.
And the paper they were all signing said
THEY NEVER FIGHT AGAIN.
And when the paper was all signed and a million copies made.
They all joined hands and circled around, and grateful prayers were made.
And the people on the streets below were dancing round and round
with swords and guns and uniforms were scattered on the ground.
Last night I had the strangest dream.
I ever had before.
I dreamed the world had all agreed to put an end to war.

Ending the endless war is not easy thing.
But it really happened.
In Mindanao, a korean peace advocate Man hee Lee made it real.
